In addition to the products that are in stock, the e-shop contains a large number of products that I produce on order or in small batches. Each such order means time and material for me. Unfortunately, cash on delivery carries a high risk of uncollected shipments, which causes losses and slows down production for other customers.

If you really have no other choice, you really want the product and it is something that may be in stock /e.g. a t-shirt/ - write to me at info@runngun.eu and we can individually arrange for delivery on delivery.

If you really want a t-shirt and you haven't found your size in the offer, write to me at info@runngun.eu . When I reprint the t-shirts again, I can individually add a t-shirt in the required size. However, you have to wait for the next reprint /I will inform you of its approximate date by email/. Please note that the t-shirt must be paid for in advance so that it does not remain unclaimed after its reprint.

Contact us as soon as possible after picking up the shipment. We will resolve the complaint as soon as possible. You can find more information in the complaints procedure .

• We try to ship goods in stock (e.g. t-shirts) the next business day. Unless it is a pre-sale - in the case of a pre-sale, the shipping date for the t-shirts is specified specifically for the given product.
• Hand-sewn products: production time is 1 to 4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload.
